The controller is Hintermann Hospitality Partners, owner Ruedi Hintermann, Switzerland, ruedi@hh-partners.com. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the European GDPR apply.

Hosting

The website is hosted on a server in Switzerland (server.webnational.ch, FireStorm ISP GmbH, 8632 Tann). Each visit generates technical access data such as your IP address and the time; it is used only to run the website.

Enquiries

Whatever you write in a form or an email goes to my business mailbox (Microsoft 365) and stays with me. I use it only for your enquiry and any booking, and delete it as soon as it is no longer needed for that.

For a retreat week, the enquiry gives names, email addresses and the cabin preference. On the «Guest details» page each person enters their address, date of birth, emergency contact, diet and any allergies; fellow travellers do not see these details. They go only to the crew, the port authority, the company the boat is booked with, and the programme partner of the week; the crew, the port authority and the charter company are based in Greece. I process health information only with your explicit consent. I delete these details after the week and the final invoice.

Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA). Without your consent in the cookie notice, Google sets no cookies and receives only technical data without an identifier; only with your consent does the website measure which pages are read. The data is kept for 2 months. Change choice

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion and a copy of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time; an email to ruedi@hh-partners.com is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
