This statement says what this website collects, why, for how long, and what rights you have. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the European GDPR.

Principle

This website keeps data to a minimum. It sets no advertising cookies, builds no profiles and uses no tools that require consent. That is why you see no consent banner.

Hosting

The website sits on a web server in Switzerland (server.webnational.ch, in the network of FireStorm ISP GmbH, 8632 Tann). Each visit produces technical access data such as IP address, time and page requested; it serves to deliver and operate the website. There is no content delivery network in front of it, and no transfer to a third country takes place.

Enquiries and contact

The booking request for the retreat week currently goes straight by email to ruedi@hh-partners.com. Your details travel through your own mail provider to my business mailbox at Microsoft 365. I use them only to answer your enquiry and to handle a booking, and delete them once they are no longer needed for that. This includes the voluntary details on diet, allergies and health; they go only to the galley and to the skipper.

The contact forms in the digital and yachting sections are currently not connected to any delivery service. Once a form delivery is set up, this statement will name the service, the storage location and the legal basis before the first form is sent.

Analytics

This website currently measures no analytics. No analytics service is embedded and no visit statistics are collected. If measurement is added later, it will be named here before it runs.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and receive your data, and the right to object to its processing. Write to ruedi@hh-partners.com.
