Terms and Conditions

Retreat week at sea · Saronic Gulf · 7 to 14 November 2026

Version 1.3 · 6 October 2026 · English translation, the German version is the governing one

1. Organiser

Hintermann Hospitality Partners, Ruedi Hintermann, Seestrasse 37, 8806 Bäch, Switzerland. E-mail: ruedi@hh-partners.com · Phone: +41 76 561 86 64.

The organiser provides the boat, the captain, accommodation on board and catering, and is responsible for safety on board. The programme of the week is led by the programme partner as part of the services booked from the organiser.

2. What you book

A place on board a catamaran with four guest cabins, for the week from Saturday 7 November 2026 to Saturday 14 November 2026 in the Saronic Gulf, starting and ending at Marina Alimos, Athens. The week is held in German and English.

The meeting point is Restaurant Edem at the entrance of Marina Alimos on Saturday 7 November 2026, between 13:00 and 15:00. The group consists of at least six and at most eight guests.

3. Price and services

EUR 2,940 per person for a place in a shared double cabin. Guaranteed single occupancy of a cabin: EUR 900 supplement. Prices are per person for the whole week.

Included: seven nights on board, full board on board with vegetarian cooking, two dinners ashore including drinks, the captain, fuel, harbour and anchorage fees, the stand-up paddle boards on board and the programme partner's programme throughout the week.

Not included: travel to and from Athens, overnight stays before or after the week, optional shore excursions, travel and cancellation insurance, and personal expenses.

4. Booking and payment

Bookings are made via the registration form. A booking becomes binding when the deposit is received.

Deposit: 50 per cent, i.e. EUR 1,470 (EUR 1,920 with single occupancy), due within three days of booking.

Balance: due no later than three days after the final confirmation of the group to the participants.

Payment is made by bank transfer. Until the group is confirmed, deposits are held in a separate account and are not used.

5. Confirmation of the group

The cut-off date is 27 October 2026. As soon as at least six deposits have been received by the cut-off date, the week is confirmed to all participants in writing and the boat is booked firmly.

If the group has not come together by the cut-off date, the week is cancelled after consultation with the participants, and everything paid is refunded in full and without deduction within ten days.

6. Cancellation by participants

Until the written confirmation of the week, and no later than the cut-off date of 27 October 2026, participants may withdraw at any time; the deposit is refunded less a handling fee of EUR 100.

From the written confirmation onwards, the boat and services are firmly booked; participants who withdraw after that owe the full amount. Up to three days before departure, participants may name a replacement person. If that person takes over the place, the amount paid is refunded less a handling fee of EUR 100.

Cancellation and travel insurance is recommended.

7. Cancellation or changes by the organiser

The organiser may cancel the week for reasons of safety, weather, a technical defect of the boat or unavailability of the captain. In this case everything paid is refunded in full.

If the week is broken off after departure for reasons of safety, the share of the days not sailed is refunded. Travel costs and personal expenses are not reimbursed.

8. Programme and route

The proposed route is a guide, not a commitment. The captain decides daily on route, harbours and anchorages according to weather, sea state and safety; every evening there is a briefing for the next day.

No particular island or destination is guaranteed. The programme partner's programme takes place mostly on board, is deliberately open and adapts to the group and the conditions. Taking part in the individual exercises is voluntary; anyone who wants to sit one out may do so at any time.

9. Safety and rules on board

The captain is responsible for boat and crew; his instructions are binding for everyone on board.

A safety briefing takes place at the start of the week. There is no sailing at night, and sailing time is normally no more than six hours a day. Participants take part in activities in the water on their own responsibility.

This week is alcohol-free, on board and ashore, and no alcohol is brought on board. The reason is the breathwork in the programme: it requires that no alcohol has been drunk for at least 24 hours beforehand. Cooking on board is vegetarian; at the dinners ashore everyone chooses freely.

10. Cabins and allocation

The boat has four guest cabins. In this week women and men do not share a cabin, except as a couple. Couples and people booking together share a cabin. The organiser plans the bookings so that this rule works out; who shares a cabin with whom is agreed together on the first evening on board. Anyone who wants a cabin to themselves books guaranteed single occupancy for a EUR 900 supplement.

If a booking can no longer be accommodated because of this rule, it is not confirmed and the deposit is refunded in full. Anyone who sleeps alone in a cabin because of the allocation, without having asked for it, pays no supplement.

11. Participants' obligations

Participants need a valid travel document. When registering, they state their date of birth and an emergency contact. A copy of the travel document for the crew list required in Greece is requested by e-mail only after the group has been confirmed.

Dietary restrictions and intolerances are stated at registration so that the crew can take them into account on board.

By registering, participants confirm that their state of health allows a week on board and taking part in the programme, in particular in breathing exercises, and that they can swim.

Anyone who has a mental illness, is under medical or therapeutic treatment, takes medication regularly, is pregnant, or has a condition of the heart, circulation or airways or epilepsy ticks the box in the registration form stating that there are health matters to discuss. The form does not ask for diagnoses. The programme partner gets in touch within three days of booking for a confidential conversation.

If the conversation shows that taking part is not responsible, the organiser may cancel the booking; everything paid is refunded in full. If such matters are not disclosed, the programme partner may exclude the participant from individual exercises.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The rules on board and the captain's instructions must be followed.

12. Liability

The organiser is liable for the proper performance of all services booked under these terms, including the programme partner's programme. Travel to and from Athens is not part of the booking; the organiser is not liable for delays or cancellations of flights. The organiser is not liable where a failure is due to the participant, for example by disregarding safety instructions or by not disclosing health matters, to an unforeseeable or unavoidable failure of a third party not involved in providing the booked services, or to force majeure (section 14). Liability for personal injury is not limited. For other damage, liability is limited to twice the price of the booking, except where the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Valuables and personal belongings remain the participant's responsibility unless the organiser caused the damage.

13. Personal data

The data collected at registration — name, contact details, date of birth, emergency contact, dietary restrictions and intolerances, and whether there are health matters to discuss — and later the details of the travel document are used exclusively to organise the week: crew list, catering on board, preparation of the programme and communication with participants.

They are passed on only to the boat's charter operator and the crew, and name, contact details and the indication of health matters to the programme partner. They are kept only as long as necessary for organisation and accounting.

Health information is sensitive personal data (Art. 5 lit. c Swiss Data Protection Act; for participants from the EU Art. 9 GDPR). By ticking a separate box in the registration form, participants expressly consent to its processing as set out in this section. What is discussed in the confidential conversation is not recorded in writing; the captain is told only what is necessary for safety on board. The indication of health matters is deleted after the week. Access and deletion: ruedi@hh-partners.com.

14. Force majeure

If events beyond the organiser's control — extreme weather, orders by the authorities, political events — make it impossible to hold the week, the amounts not used are refunded. Further claims are excluded.

15. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bäch SZ, the registered office of the organiser. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the participant's country of residence remain reserved.
